Terms and Conditions of 7kgame — Platform Rules of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 7kgame, available at 7kgame.best and on the official mobile apps. By accessing or using any part of the 7kgame — including Sports Betting, online casino, the poker section, and any other products on the platform — you confirm that:

• Is at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Is a resident of Brazil and is accessing the platform from Brazilian territory;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Has read, understood and fully agrees to these Terms;
• Acknowledges that Sports Betting and casino games involve real financial risk.

The 7kgame reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address or through a notice on the platform at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after new Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on the 7kgame, the user must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Minimum age of 18 years — 7kgame is an adults-only platform. Age verification may be requested at any time;
• Brazilian Residency — 7kgame's services are intended exclusively for users residing in Brazil;
• Valid CPF — each CPF allows only one registration on the platform;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion registry — users who have requested self-exclusion at 7kgame or through any player exclusion system may not create a new account during the exclusion period;
• Not be an employee of 7kgame — employees, partners and their immediate family members are prohibited from creating betting accounts on the platform.

2.2 Registration Process

Registering at 7kgame is free and can be completed in under 2 minutes. You will need to provide: full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, a Brazilian mobile number, and a password. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

The 7kgame may request additional identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID or proof of address) before processing withdrawals or if fraud is suspected. Refusing to provide documentation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

2.3 One account per person

Each user may hold only one active account on 7kgame. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus limits, verification requirements, or restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any balances obtained in this way.

3.1 Bet validity

A bet on the 7kgame is considered valid only after the on-screen confirmation is displayed along with the generated ticket number. Bets pending confirmation or affected by a processing error are not considered valid. Users should always check their bet history to confirm that their wager was correctly recorded.

3.2 Odds and changes

The odds displayed on the 7kgame are updated in real time and may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applied will always be those in effect at the exact moment the user confirms the bet slip. The 7kgame is not responsible for odds changes between the moment of selection and final confirmation.

In cases of an obvious technical error resulting in incorrect odds (for example, odds of 100.00 for a heavy favorite), the 7kgame reserves the right to cancel bets placed under such conditions and return the staked amount to the user's balance.

3.3 Bet Cancellation

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific event. The 7kgame may cancel bets in cases of:

• Cancellation of the sporting event;
• Confirmed technical error in the odds;
• Indefinite suspension of the event (more than 48 hours after the originally scheduled time);
• Force majeure preventing the event from taking place or being completed normally.

3.4 Live Betting

Live bets on the 7kgame are subject to a brief delay of a few seconds for integrity verification. During Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, UFC and other covered events, odds are updated every second. The platform may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments in play (such as penalties, VAR reviews or other significant incidents).

3.5 Multiple bets (parlays)

Combination bets are permitted on the 7kgame with up to 12 selections on a single slip. For combination bets that include two or more markets from the same event (same match), the 7kgame applies specific correlation rules — see the detailed rules in the Help section of the platform. Cancellation of any selection within a combination bet will result in the total odds being recalculated based on the remaining selections.

The casino section of the 7kgame offers slots, table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), Live Casino with real-time dealers, and crash games. Access to these games is subject to the same eligibility and identity verification requirements as Sports Betting.

4.1 RTP (Return to Player)

All casino games available on the 7kgame are provided by certified operators and use Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed in the title's information section. Live games with real dealers follow the standard rules of their respective formats.

4.2 Bet limits

4.3 Game interruption

In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino round or a slot game, the 7kgame records the round's state on its servers. In the event of a server failure that prevents correct settlement, the bet will be refunded to the user.

5.1 Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit card — major card brands accepted;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business days;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed subject to availability;

All amounts are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL). The 7kgame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions.

5.2 Deposit limits

The minimum deposit at 7kgame is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit per Pix transaction for fully verified accounts. The 7kgame may apply daily deposit limits to accounts undergoing verification or under risk review.

5.3 Withdrawal rules

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals via Pix are processed in under 15 seconds after the request, with no fee charged, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same Pix account, card, or bank used for the deposit, in order to prevent money laundering;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the balance generated through the bonus rollover (as outlined in Section 6) may be converted into withdrawable funds;
• The 7kgame may require identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts;
• Withdrawals of large amounts may take up to 24 hours for security review before processing.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus of the 7kgame matches 100% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the first deposit via Pix or another eligible method. The welcome bonus is available to new users only who have never made a deposit on the platform.

6.2 Rollover (wagering requirement)

Every bonus credited to the 7kgame is subject to a rollover requirement, which defines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's Terms. Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement in Sports Betting.

6.3 General bonus conditions

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, regardless of how many accounts they have or may create;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• The 7kgame reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, such as betting on guaranteed outcomes through linked accounts;
• Seasonal promotions (cashback, free bets, odds boosts) have specific terms published on the promotion page, with clearly defined start and end dates;
• The 7kgame may modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time, with reasonable advance notice to users.

The 7kgame places responsible gambling at the core of its platform. Betting and casino games are a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a financial solution. The 7kgame offers a full set of tools to help users stay in control of their gambling behavior:

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits;
• Bet limit — set the maximum stake per individual bet;
• Session timeout alert — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous platform use;
• Temporary self-exclusion — lock your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal.

The 7kgame will not offer bonuses or promotions to users who have requested any form of self-exclusion or deposit limit. Any attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion period will result in the immediate suspension of that account.

• Use of software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, access the platform, or extract data without authorization;
• Exploiting technical errors or odds glitches to gain an unfair advantage (known as abusive "arbing");
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful activity under Brazilian law;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus limits, restrictions or verification requirements;
• Cross-account betting on opposite outcomes of the same event (collusion);
• Account sharing with third parties for betting or casino purposes;

The 7kgame continuously monitors betting patterns and suspicious behavior. Detection of any prohibited practice will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of irregularly obtained balances and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

The 7kgame makes every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day with maximum stability. However, the 7kgame is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user on the platform;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own security failure;
• Typing errors or accidental bet confirmation by the user;
• Changes to odds resulting from sporting events or market conditions beyond the control of the 7kgame.

The total liability of the 7kgame for technical failures is limited to a refund of the deposited amount that could not be processed correctly. The 7kgame is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or non-material damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

11.1 Closure by the User

The user may request closure of their account on the 7kgame at any time through the account settings or via the support channel. Prior to closure, the user must withdraw any available balance — amounts left undrawn due to inactivity will be handled in accordance with the inactive accounts policy described below.

11.2 Termination by 7kgame

The 7kgame reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Fraudulent chargeback request filed with the card provider.

11.3 Inactive accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 months with no login or transaction activity. Inactive accounts with a positive balance will be notified by email. After 24 months of inactivity, the 7kgame may apply a monthly maintenance fee of up to R$ 10.00 on the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the user reactivates the account.

12.1 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform 7kgame shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Brazil, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.

12.2 Contact & dispute resolution

The 7kgame provides a 24-hour support channel for resolving questions and disputes related to betting, casino, and payments. 12.3 Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform 7kgame — including logos, design, text, software, and features — is the exclusive property of 7kgame and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of any element of the platform is strictly prohibited.

12.4 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect. The invalid clause will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

12.5 Language

These Terms are written in Portuguese (pt-BR). If translated into another language, the Portuguese version will prevail in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation.
